THOMAS R (ENGL)

Mr. Thomas is extremely easy. Although sometimes he grades a little hard its still worth it. He allows you to skip a total of 6 classes but most people skipped more than that. His class is a little slow and most people ended up fooling around on their laptops. His humor is pretty dry but its still pretty funny. He goes over the parts of speech which is pretty boring but it was fine with me because it was an easy class compared to my other class workloads. All in all he was a decent teacher and there is little to none work outside the class, besides writing your paper of course.

This class was basically just four papers and an easy presentation. If you are good at writing argument essays then you can you will be fine. If you are not good at writing papers then it's not an easy A. Thomas was a laid back nice teacher. I would take this class if I were you.

Mr. Thomas as a goofy personality and makes you laugh constantly. He does grade a little tough, but he makes sure you understand hte assignment completely

Always available for help and really sweet guy. Have to work for an A but not hard to get a B. Gives outlines for papers. I hate writing and im not good at it but he makes you a better writer. If you want/need to become better writer, def take him.

If you hope to get a good grade you have to put in the time. If you've ever thought about writing, take a chance; you won't regret. Only complaint about the professor is the vague-as-hell grading guidelines.

Thomas is a good teacher, he grades essays harder than other teachers...if you follow his instructions in class you'll do fine.

Mr. Thomas is a great teacher. Journals are a little long but he grades them fairly. Poetry is kinda boring, but he makes class short so you don't fall asleep

Thomas was so adorably quirky. If you are easily amused, you will find his personality charming. I didn't really learn much, but I have always been good at writing. He explains everything thoroughly so you wont be confused about anything. LOVED HIM!

Very easy going professor, cares a lot about his students. Tuesday nights were rough but it was a relaxing class with interesting stories. You will get a good grade if you go to class and complete all of the assignments. Great professor.

Great teache, really interested in making students better writers, does take a fair amount of time to write your 2 stories and read other's stories and comment on them. Overall a great, relaxing, and fun class.

There was a significant positive difference, at the end of the semester compared to the begining, in the quality of all the writers in my particular class. Randolph knows writting, and he teaches is very well.

He is excellent at cultivating his student's creativity and I felt he truely wanted to help me improve my writing.

Yes, class is repetitive...only 2 papers...quizzes on each story...really easy though....journals for grades....really awesome teacher and very laid back!

Randolph Thomas is a bit eccentric but loves what he does and is willing to help you--this class will definitely help you with your writing skills.

Thomas was a great teacher. He was always more that willing to help you through the process of your assignment and always gave an honest opinon. Also, if you exceed his expectations on an assignment you're sure to prove yourself and earn an A.

This class is so easy and Mr. Thomas is SOOOO nice and he cares a lot about his students. I made a F because of laziness. Go to class and turn all the assignments in on time and you'll do fine!

This was the easiest, best English teacher I have ever had. He grades incredibly easily and all you have to do is write 4 papers the whole semester. He gives points for attendence so go to class, he often lets you out early anyway

dropped the course because i was taking other extreme courses, there was too much outside work with my course load, class would be an easy english elective though as long as you have time

He tries really hard as a teacher, but his class is really boring, you have to work hard to get an A on every paper and in the class.
