Joe is a great teacher. Has a real passion for educating his students. He sometimes strays off topic of the class, but his intentions are good and effective. He has no filter, so if you are easily offended, I suggest you avoid taking Rhodes. His grading and exams are fair and relevant. He was my favorite teacher I've ever had at LSU.

If you get offended easily...DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. He curses a lot and he says some pretty vulgar stuff. He isn't very clear on what he really wants from you in your projects. As this class went on it became more pointless and a waste.
