Review #1 / Course: ENGL 2300 / Instructor: JOHNSON J
I loved this class and I loved J. Johnson. She was easy to understand and used so many different forms of modern media to relate to the class. She encouraged discussions, and that's pretty much all we did in class. When readings were assigned, she would (only sometimes) give a 1-question quiz to make sure you read, but it was very simple. You can't sit around and do nothing in this class, but then again what English class CAN you do that in? People probably steer clear of this class if they're not english majors because of the name, but it's definitely for all majors. Lots of writing, which I love, but she isn't the type to grade your writing too strict. She understands that everyone has a different writing style. GOOD CLASS!!

Erica is awesome! If you take time to talk to her about the final project or your grade--she goes out of her way to help you! She also answers emails very quickly

Review #3 / Course: ENGL 2300 / Instructor: COSTELLO L
If you hate Shakespere and poetry this is the right class. Dr. Costello is very caring. Most of the grades come from detailed, but easily graded projects. Mostly intepreting media influences on society.

Review #4 / Course: ENGL 2300 / Instructor: KETCHAM J
The class was a very good service learning experience. There were no tests and very little homework. She has a tendency to complain about random stuff and sometimes the in-class stuff is kind of random, but the SL part was easy and constructive.

Just make sure your on his good side. He grades based on his opinion of you, not how well you write.
