Class and teacher both horrible. Course schedule changes on a weekly basis, teacher is not prepared, doesn't teach just reads lecture notes. Doesn't know what are going to be on the tests he writes, doesn't give straight answers about anything.

If you have to take this class, take Lacie! She does her best to make the boring stuff as interesting as possible. Her test are straight up and easy. There's a research proposal that took a bit of time but not that bad. Take L Michel! She rocks!

Good teacher, boring class. If you are not a SOCL major do NOT take it. For SOCL majors its an easy class but don't wait until the last minute to do the Research Proposal!

Professor Rick made the course relevant. Lot of outside work though. He could go off on tangents sometimes, but I got most of it. I would definitely recomment him and the course though.
