EASY A! Dr. O'Neil is a bit old fashioned and sometimes boring. He does not use the Moodle system and you must take notes on paper (no computers allowed). However, he is very thorough and does a great job lecturing. He gives 5 random attendance quizzes throughout the semester and 4 other quizzes based on the lecture material. These can be a big determining factor in your grade and accounts for 16.7% of the total grade. His test are relatively straight forward and are 50 multiple choice questions and come straight from the lecture. There is no book for the course so you must go to class and take notes. However, there are excellent notes on Moodle. Overall this class was good!

This class is really easy. I'm a biology major looking for easy A electives. Get notes of noteswap and study those for the tests. Great class.

Review #3 / Course: SOCL 3601 / Instructor: MICHEL L
I would not recommend taking Michel for 3601. She is very sweet, but she doesn't seem to know much about what she is talking about. Read the book and you will be fine. She has in class quizzes every day so you CANNOT miss class!

Dr. O'Neil was a nice guy...tests weren't hard and came straight from his lecture notes and class examples. No textbook!
