You're going to learn alot in this class, but it's a very interesting class or for me it was. Dr. Aravena is very good at teaching controls, and from the way students talk about the other teachers that teach control, Aravena sounds like the best for this course. You're going to have to take a lot of out class time for this course but it's worth it.

Interesting class, but graded materials are no walk in the park. Tests and homeworks are difficult- the project saved my grade.

Chen is a horrible teacher although he is a nice guy. His style leaves a lot to be desired. Make sure to do homework, some problems do end up on the tests. Don't worry about the projects, he lets you work together.
