Requires a lot of time. Study. Do the homework. Zhang is hard to understand. He grades harder than the other teachers. Luckily, the class is graded on percentage. But basically, the physics department at LSU sucks ass so get ready to teach yourself.

Watch out! Physics 2101 is a hungry monster ready to consume your life. Dr. Plummer did many entertaining demonstrations in class and was not a harsh grader, but he made a mistake nearly every class period, such as switching sine and cosine and did not always catch his mistakes quickly. The book is practically worthless, and the homework, tests, and class material are not all in line.

This class was very diffucult. The teacher cared about his students, but the tests were departemenal so the class was a lot harder than the class needed to be.

Chastain made physics interesting. He did example problems in class and taught little shortcuts to help you remember. He's kind and helpful in his office hours, and he cares. Great sense of humor too.
