TURNER M (ENGL)

Turner was great.

Mrs. Turner is indeed the worst teacher I've had throughout my entire academic career. She was more than unorganized. She missed a number of days and didn't change the due dates for much of the material. Her grading was a tad bit unfair. She tended to give grades as if she didn't care too much about the work. She's even stated that she doesn't want to teach at a college anymore. If you can get another teacher, do so. The course is quite easy though.

Turner was great. She did grade hard, but would help edit your paper with you. I never missed a class, and did all of the assigned work. No exams, just 4 papers and a final. Take this class.

Great teacher. Mrs Turner was enthused about her subject and also not harsh on grading. participate in class and any asnwere is correct so long as you can back it. take this for an easy A but go to class and do the work.

Turner misses class all the time especially when you need her help on papers...DO NOT TAKE HER

Most unorganized woman ever. She cancelled every other class without notice, took forever to return papers/post grades and tested on irrelevant aspects of the class. Tons of outside reading as well.

mrs turner was a good teacher. i hated poetry but you don't have to like poetry to take her class just as long as you can make a logical explanation of the poem she'll give it to you whether she agrees or not. very easy.

Mrs. Turner is great, she is very nice and easy. Alot of reading but she never tries to trick you, quizes and test are very straight forward. She cancelled class alot when I had her.

I hate English but Mrs. Michelle made this class fun. Tests reflect topics studied in class. If you go to class, quizzes aren't hard and they can help your grade. Take her!

She is a wonderful teacher and her class is really easy!

The stories were interesting, and the class was easy. However, we didn't get most of our grades until after the final exam. She also cancels classes on a regular basis.

turner has her favorites-talk to her after class so she knows you care. she cancels a lot; takes forever with grades - everyone had a B at midterm. read the plays b/c she gives quizzes; don't procrastinate on the papers. PARTICIPATE!!!

Picks favorites and is always very unorganized!! I'm surprised I bothered to go to any of the classes. Test and papers are easy though, don't think she reads them, =\\

shes a really good teacher, cancels class frequently cause she commutes. easy A for english.

she is anti-catholic and you will not pass her class unless you think like her, take the class but don't take turner!

don't take this class if you are strong in your faith b/c she likes to mock religion, and she does not treat all students equally

I love Drama, but Hate Turner. If you think like her, you will do fine in this class; if not, think again because she will tear up your papers- TAKE SOMEONE ELSE!

HARDLY there for class, she must have cancelled 4 weeks of class, class discussion is pointless, and her grading is ridiculously hard. If you want to keep your GPA where it's at, steer clear... Not recommended at all!

She is a god teacher, and she is cool. She just doesnt show up to class sometimes! Grades easy.

Mrs. Turner was a great teacher. She was very nice, made class fun, and was always willing to help.

Very easy class. Just read your plays and participate because she will give a quiz the next day! Turner is a VERY easy teacher, especially when it comes to grading. I'm a horrible writer and I passed with a "B." Quizzes make you or break you!

Turner is really friendly and nice. She makes all the plays really easy to understand, you do have to write a couple papers, but it is an english class, also she has quizzes, which aren't hard. She isn't very good about returning things.

she is very nice and there are pop quizzes that are meant to help you. be prepared not to miss class and you will do fine. essay test are right from class info. paper, questions, drama review, and group presentations. so be ready!

Turner is good and easy but you have to read everything when she tells you to because the next day she might have a quiz and they will hurt you. There were about 10 pop quizzes during the semester

i've had good grades in english before but i couldnt here and i tried really hard. she doesnt motivate students to do well. not a good grading system

Turner is lazy and unorganized...she expects you to put in more effort than she herself is willing to

I liked the class ok but she was never there on time or she just wouldn't show up for class and had it at 7:30am.

This class was interesting, and the instructor was very nice and able to keep the classes attention...Not hard either!
