Great class for those interested and Ms. Carol is a great teacher with a lot of personal experience. This isn't one of those lecture classes its actually applicable in business. Be prepared to spend a lot of time outside class on business plan.

This class is not that bad. Carter has experience in all the fields she talks about. She gets great guest speakers like former governors, and successful entrepreneurs. Work load isn't bad. Do what she asks and you'll do fine.

This was the worst class I have ever taken. It required all my time outside of class and I learned nothing. DO NOT take Carol for this class, she is boring and doesn't know what she is talking about. She grades really hard. Good luck with her!!!

Very unrealistic class except if you want to go out and start your own all-natural cereal business. Carter is very boring, is not a real teacher and has no idea how to write tests. Project is a pain in the ass, not difficult, just annoying. Pitiful
