Nelson is evil. Tests are impossible and gives a "your own fault" speech when whole class fails his poorly written tests. AVOID!!!

In my 3 years at LSU, Nelson is my least favorite professor. His tests were horrid and he listed items on the syllabus "optional" when they wern't. Class material was interesting, but Nelson ruined it. AVOID!!!

Good teacher who cares about hisu student's understanding of the class, and will take time to help you otside class. Tests are short answer, fill in the blank, definition and essay but he allows test corrections to make up some lost points.
