SONG W (FIN)

I thoroughly enjoyed Song as a professor, and any negative reviews come from lazy people who don't know how to use a calculator- that's harsh I know. Song presents the somewhat difficult material in an effective manner, and most of the questions on the exam come from the lectures. To study, simply keep up with the notes, practice the quizzes, and do the recommended assignments in the back of the book. She really makes it easy to learn- students just have to do a little bit of work. I found the exams to be straightforward, but many struggled with them so make sure you study. She also fights to have her section's grades curved to the maximum allowable amount by the FIN department.

Song is very nice and tries really hard; however it is very hard to understand her. The tests are nearly impossible, but you get some points from quizzes which helps. She curves at the end, but no idea what you have until then. 76 was an A for me.

WOW Song is one of the greatest professors! She doesn't require much of you AT ALL and the exams as well as the final grade have a HUGE curve!

Awful class with even worse material. She curves big, but still it is not a class to take as a business elective.Outside project that is BS

sweet lady! cares for her students and tries really hard! exams are too hard, but she curves a lot! in the end u will get A if u give minimum effort

Not bad, boring but pop quizzes so you have to go. tests are hard (think class avg=50) but there's big curves. just make sure to go to class even though that's really really boring
