Good news- He is retiring, so you probably wont have him. He is really old and SO boring. It was very hard to pay attention in class. he doesn't follow the book at all. He has his own way of teaching and what information to teach. He goes over the same information over and over again, and then goes over pointless information that you will never need. like for example yesterday was earth day and he went to a web site to see how much CO2 emission he is giving off from his car/home etc. Pointless. He does give some bonus opportunities. He posts his old exams on moodle, so you know what to expect and pulls some of the questions from those. He gives you vocabulary to study and hints at future exam questions during class. His exam is all essay, which sucks, but he does give partial credit. If you suck up to him, and help him grade the tests (which he asks students to help him) he will like you and give you the benefit of the doubt. That's the only reason i have an A in this class.
