The worst part about this particular course is that there was no curving of either individual tests or the overall distribution of grades which is how the "regular" OChem classes usually are. Vicente is very difficult to understand and moves too quickly through the lectures. Her one redeeming quality was her enthusiasm for the subject, but it wasn't enough for me.

Organic II is easier in most people's opinions. Vincente make it easier to understand and the tests are easier. No drawing out mechanisms.

Vicente is a great teacher. 4 Tests, replace lowest w/ problem set (easy 100). If you can't get an A with her than you just don't get organic chem - like me.

Vicente is very helpful and understanding...the class itself can get a little rough but she makes it a lot easier - take her if you can!

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS IF VINCENTE IS NOT TEACHING! She is awesome! I did better in the honors than I did in the regular 2261 the semester before. Wants you to succeed!

Fairly easy class, pay attention, you only learn 4 reactions all semester. You will need the book to study for the tests (which get tricky)

Organic Chem is every bit as hard as people make it out to be. If it wasnt for Dr. Vincente, I dont think I would have passed.

she has a really bad accent, and even though she knows what she is doing, she doesn't know how to teach it.

very hard class, teacher knew what she was talking about but it was hard to understand her with her accent. Lots of work is required for this class

It was hard to stay awake in her class and she rushed throught the chapters and it was like she was on a time schedule and she didn't care if we understood or not.
