I really enjoyed Frau Hachmann. At times she can be somewhat hard to understand but she is always helpful if you are unclear on something. She gives weekly quizzes which can be great for your grade as long as you study and her tests follow what she taught in her lectures almost exactly. I would definitely recommend this professor and am actually taking her next semester.

Hachmann was the rudest teacher I have ever had. There are some teachers that are so bad, they make you hate the subject they teach, and she is one of them. She did not use her time efficiently, and I felt like I wasn't learning anything at all. I would NOT recommend her, and I know I'm not the only one that feels this way based on what my other classmates were saying.

The first German is pretty easy. I did not really like Hachmann. She picks favorites and gets mad if you pronounce things wrong.

Hachmann is horrible - don't take her. She treats students who come to her office for help as if they are a complete and utter waste of her time. Her class is a waste of your time.
