I took AP calc in highschool and made an A and barely got a B in Almog's class. He only gives four questions on each test and six on the final. Be ready to eat, sleep, and breathe this class if you take Almog.

Almog is Israelian and has a pretty thick accent. You get used to after a while but it makes learning the concepts really hard if you're unfamiliar. He curves his tests a lot (sometimes 30%) and they're only four questions. Maybe four or five homework assignments all semester.

Better than Lisan in my opinion. Sucky teacher though, he doesnt "Teach". The only reason i ended up passing is because I hired a tutor to teach me. Overall he is passable.

Fairly boring class. Not sure why it is required for engineering majors. Only 4 tests, with 3-4 questions per test. Also, I still haven't found a decent instructor in the Math department, and Almog is no exception. Be prepared to teach yourself.
