You'll learn a lot of useful information in his lectures and be better off because of it, but as far as tests go...you're on your own. Read, read, and read some more. It's better than learning absolutely nothing from someone who barely speaks english though.

be ready to teach yourself in this class, lectures are pointless, but you'd better be there so he learns who you are or else you're really screwed, read the book and pray that you study the right stuff-all essay tests

Hands down the worst teacher i have ever had, do not take him!!!! might as well take it independent and get a better grade, you have to teach EVERYTHING to yourself, does not teach a thing, test is straight from book which he doesnt even mention once

Morales DOES NOT give exams on what he teaches. You must learn the material yourself out of the book. He is probably the worst teacher at LSU but the key to getting through is to suck up and go to his office and act like you give a damn.

You need to study for this class......but is not hard to get an A. Just read the book...all the tests are from the chapters.

He teaches real life stuff in class but tests you on what is in the book. You have to teach yourself the material and there is a huge project assigned after mid term with not much direction given. It's a lot of outside work.

OK, here is the deal: he is a nice guy and he does want you to learn, but going to his classes are almost waste of time....All materials on the exams are in the book ONLY...So be ready to read the book on you own

The only reason I recommend him is because all you have to do is read the text and work the problems in the back of each chapter. Do that, and you'll make a good grade. Interesting stuff, too.

Great class! Not for lazy or dum people! Professor Morales is very knowledgeable and teaches from real world scenarios. Tests are hard and are mainly from the book. Great class to learn investments.

This teacher is so awful. You do not really have to go to the class because he does not teach the stuff that's in the book which is actually what his tests are based on. He is always out of town and does not really want to be there:))
