Dahmen was awesome! I had no experience with inDesign, Photoshop or DreamWeaver, but she helps you step-by-step through everything. There are 2 exams - midterm and a final that she gives a study guide- and a Photoshop and inDesign in class exam that she grades very meticulously. There are also 2 big project for Photoshop and inDesign. As long as you don't blow off the work you will do well.

I could do without the lecture part of the class. I couldn't force myself to pay attention for it. The lab portion, though, was a lot of fun. It was very interesting to learn the various programs. However, the grading on projects was tough. It was very easy to make really minor mistakes on your projects and your grade would tumble.

Professor Dahmen is annoying as hell. The lectures are pointless. But, the class and time in lab is pretty awesome. You learn a lot of cool stuff and the grading is fair. But I'm just so happy I don't have to hear Dahmen's voice for the rest of my life. She talks to you like you're five and always brags about his current position.

Shes nice, had her for the lab too..a lot of work on the projects & they were not graded fairly.
