I loved this class. You wouldn't normally associate Photography and literature, but the material was fresh and Henninger knows her stuff. Great class!!

Henninger was a nice but ineffective teacher. She chose cool material, but she expected you to read, discuss, and study it HER way and gave you very little personal freedom. She rarely participated in discussions and expected us to lecture ourselves.

She was somewhat quirky, but after you got to know her you could see that she cared about her students, there are alot of reading, but she choose VERY intersting ones (I didnt even sell them back), She is a good choice. Go to class, do readings.

Participation NAZI ! biased opinion of the US as the bad guy, students do most of the lectures through projects, VERY concerned with student success, prepare to eat & sleep this class BUT U will LEARN LOTS OF INTERESTING STUFF love/hate this class

This class has a TON of outside reading! We had to read a book every week as well as countless other activites. If you can avoid this class, do it.
