Dr. Sobek is great-this is my 2nd semester taking him...he's funny and straight-forward...able to make boring material very interesting

This terrorism class has been my favorite political science class at LSU. Dr. Sobek is interesting, funny, and very accomodating.

Sobek is an enthusiastic lecturer and easy to understand. His powerpoints are a bit wordy, but sum up the readings very well. He gives you the test questions (all essay) verbatim beforehand so you can prepare well. Highly recommended.

Mr. INGRAM taught this class substituting for SOBEK. Ingram sucked sucked sucked. Made the students teach class for 2/3 of the semester. He said little to nothing each day. However, he is a super easy grader (cause he doesnt know whats going on)
