You read case studies about Starbucks, General Motors, Disney, Katherine Graham and the Washington Post, Martha Stuart, and Tony's Seafood. Then you write papers for each of them. You have to do analysis papers for Starbucks and GM, a comparison paper for Martha, and narratives (easiest) for WA Post and Tony's.
He grades hard, but you can edit every paper for a better grade. If you get a 84 on the first one, and a 91 on your edit, then he replaces the 84 with the 91. You have to be able to get across your thesis statement with supporting details to get a good grade.
The midterm and final are papers you do at home (you can't edit these for a better grade).
The content was interesting, but reading took up a lot of time. I wrote most of my papers in ~3 hrs the night before. Try not to read the material too late.
On the plus side, you make a visit to Tony's, and he gives you free crawfish. =D
