Myhand is not a good teacher. She is scatter brained in her notes and contradicts herself. unless you have to take this DONT! ESP with her. NOT AN EASY A. you will kick yourself if you take her. shes not nice when you go one on one either.

Not an easy elective but very interesting! Definetly take if you are pre-health. I took this course and biochem with each other and they actually complimented each other somewhat.Read the chapters and you'll make an A on the test

Myhand is seriously ADD. She jumps all over in lectures and makes you learn every little thing about whatever topic. Tests were pretty hard, she barely curves, if at all. Don't expect it to be fun and teaching you how to eat. It's hard science.

Mrs. Myhand is a very sweet lady. She could use better teaching skills. If you study the book and her notes and pay attention in lab you should do fairly well in this class.

The cooking LAB part of this class is so much fun. I am learning so much fun stuff. But the test are kinda hard... but the class is worth it.
