Dr. Pawlowski wants her students to do well. Go to class because her exams will be based partly on in-class discussions. Very laid back class and always lets you out early. No textbook, just a $5-10 dollar paperback book you use for about a week.

Her exams are MC/TF/Essay, so they're not a breeze, but if you go to class and pay attention (especially to the in-class group work), you'll be pretty well prepared for the exams. A couple of annoying assignments, but the rest were easy and short.

A very good teacher and the class peaked my interest in database systems. Great overall class.

She is a little boring at times, but she tries and she gives lots of points for just turning in hmwk and taking quizzes!
