BLUE IS THE GREATEST! If this class is an elective for you TAKE BLUE!!!!! He makes the class interesting. VERY VERY well prepared for each exam. Cases are easy, don't let them scare you.

The best teacher at LSU, very advanced finance so i wouldnt take it for fun but its so usefull and Blue makes it easy to understand, tests and the way he grades is so fair.

Blue is not nice, puts up boring pictures of himself. The exams are HARD and doesnt curve. He works in a bank and wants everyone to end up like him. Take Boyd, he is better

He is not as easy as they say, Dont Take him if you are concerned about your GPA. Tests are IMPOSSIBLE

Blue is amazing. One of the best .teachers I have ever had. The tests are tough but the material is interesting. Focus on the notes for the MC questions. Great class!

Amazing teacher. One of LSU's best. Made me truly interested in Finance. Judging by my friends in other classes, his test averages were usually around 20 points higher than other sections. You're an idiot if you take anyone else.

Michael isn't as great as everyone on here makes him out to be. Granted finance sucks & there's nothing fun about it, he doesn't have to make the tests as hard as he does. Go to class or you'll be lost.

Michael Blue is a great explainer and professor. He knows his stuff. His tests are IMPOSSIBLE. You need to be practicing this in real life to get them. They also take forever. If you aren't finance-minded, 3 hours on a Wed is not for you!

1 words - TAKE BLUE!! I had to take this course and i'm glad I took him. All of my friends are failing in every other instructor's class. It is at night but worth every min of the 3 hours! Great guy, he makes fin3715 bearable!

Interesting class (lots of ratios, though). Michael is very nice and extremely helpful. His tests come straight from the notes and his practice problems. Don't really need the text.
