Didn't really like Crystal but the class wasn't too bad. The exams are essay format though which sucks

Ian is a unique character. He cusses a lot and rambles about nothing for hours. If you find Philosophy remotely interesting or just mimic him on the exams you should do fine. I got an A and didn't read a single reading.

teacher was a nice guy, subject matter a little boring, but if you take notes and study the tests aren't very hard

This requires a LOT of reading. Crystal is not very good at explaining things. He also seems to talk down to students.

The information if very interesting, but Crystal does not do a good job of explaining philosophy. He gets mixed up with the different philosophers. Grading is very fair, though. Study hard!

Crystal wasn't good at all. He put me to sleep everyday. Such a boring mellow toned guy. I mean the class is already boring as it is, no need to make more boring. Do Not take him, take Beebe insetad i heard good things bout him!!!!

I had no idea what I was doing in this class and I made an A. All you had to do was parrott Crystal, but going to class was almost impossible it was so boring!
