Fargason is a funny guy so the class is interesting. From what I hear about other BLAW professors, this is the least time consuming professor. 3 tests, final is cumulative, he goes over all the information 3 or 4 times before each test, and there's only 5 quizzes.

Go to class. Work the studyguide and the problems out of the book and you'll do fine on the tests. Alot of them are the same questions. Fargason is a great teacher and i learned alot

Funny teacher. Very thorough. Easy to follow. Not necessarily an easy class but he makes it at least possible to make a good grade. I made a solid B and didn't have to study constantly.

Fargason was definitely the reason this course was enjoyable. He was very engaging and he prepared you for the test. Outside work was minimal if you went to his lectures.

Fargason is hilarous.. you'll actually learn something and have fun doing it, dont buy the book just the workbook and thats basically the notes,their is a project at the end but thats fun too

MR. FARAGASON is a typical wise guy & lawyer wannabe!! He's in his mid-40s, a bit of a know-it-all & kinda Annoying. BLAW is naturally BORING, even for Pre-Law Students. $200 Book is required (LOTS of Reading). Tests are fair. Attendance is required!

Fargason is a beast. One of my favorite classes. SF lets you know what to expect and teaches everything with clarity and enthusiasm. One of the best professors in the college of business.

He is a wonderful teacher. Makes the info very interesting...makes you want to learn it. Better keep up with the material though; exams are essay, better study a lot for them, but he is straightforward about what's on them. final worth 50% of grade

BEST teacher ive had since being at LSU!!!!! my roomate was taking the same course with simon and she HATED HIM!! fargason really teaches you relevant and interesting stuff and really prepares you for the tests...make sure you WORK THE PROBLEMS!

One of the best classes at LSU with priceless information for ANY major. I took as an elective fill in and I'm leaving with tons of good info. Fargason is the best professor I've ever had that actually teaches. Take BLAW and take Fargason.

It was a great class and he is a WONDERFUL teacher. I only made a C because I took it during the summer and I didn't want to go to class everyday. You have to read the cases and keep up with it.

Very interesting class. The first test is relatively easy, which will give you false confidence for the second test b/c it is more difficult. Final is easy though.
