Stephen Finley is a really cool guy. He's very willing to help if only you ask. He may seem a little intimidating, but don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. The 10 Reflection sheets we had to do in this class were annoying, but a good buffer for your grade when you don't do so well on the hard (and often tricky and misleading) exams. A lot of crazy and uncomfortable theories of religion are discussed in this class, so open-mindedness is a must. Overall, not too bad, but NOT recommended if one is in search of an easy A or just for a random elective. Recommended only to those interested in actually studying religion.
