Stay away from Matthew Steinbron. Class was ridiculously boring, time consuming, and complicated! Homework everyday and Steinbron has zero personality. He treats his students like they are all music majors. I have 10 years of experience playing piano and I struggled with this class. I did manage to maintain an A until the ridiculous final project and the actual final which by the way was the hardest final I have ever taken. Stay. Away.

I would not recommend taking this class if steinbron is teaching it. He teaches as if the class is music majors. He is probably the most boring teacher I've had yet. Also, he assigned an hour or more of homework per class. The course content is good, but i would stay away from steinbron.
