NEVER TAKE THIS GUY. He's funny, but arrogant and rude. his assignments make NO SENSE. He refuses to give outside help. He even told a girl that asked for help that she had no hope because she was a bad writer. thats it.

Professor Cope is a crazy guy. He always made lectures interesting with his antics (despite the sometimes dull course material). Be nice to your TA!

Cope was a funny interesting guy and I didn't mind going to class every day. He's a little hard to understand, but the TA's make up the exams so the tests aren't as hard as you'd think.

Cope was a crazy man. His lectures were irrelevant to the material. What you earn in this class really just depends on if you get an easy section leader or not.. I never read what was assigned and I got a B in the class.

Pop tests and quizzes so prepare to study every night. Also, he attempts to teach a lot more info than other Brit Lit teachers and the info isn't always relevant. Too much info crammed in class + too much studying just to pass = try other teachers

Prof. Cope is really nice and will help with anything. Every test and quiz is pop so dont skip class. The reading vary from things you have seen before to boring stuff that is hard to read. Overall great class and teacher.

There isn't really a point to reading any of the material; he tests solely from his notes except for the 2 or 3 times he gives tests on quotes. I had a C the whole semester, until he dropped 4 tests and graded easy on the paper. Easy.

Get ready for this guy. I really liked him because he was funny. He's on the weird side I suppose but you won't fall asleep in class. All the tests and quizzes are random, be prepared to read study every night. Hard paper too. Mine was on furniture..
