He is the most kick-back teacher I have ever had. Three short essays, a midterm, and a final, all which are graded fairly easy. Interesting material if you are into modern European politics.

Dr. Ray was very funny and made the material interesting. There is a semester-long simulation of Parliament, which is fun, but requires lots of meetings outside of class with your groups. The class was worth it though.

8 short easy assignments, a research project and take home final. This is a statistics class so its a huge snore no matter the professor. Dr. Ray is flexible and knows his stuff though. Do not buy the text books, just the SPSS workbook.

Dr. Ray is really cool. He wants you to succeed in his class. The class was kind of boring, but easy. You do have to do a research paper, but it's not as bad as it sounds.
