the material is tricky and there is a lot of it, but Stahl tries to incorporate eveything into recent events with economic releases, etc.. Lots of work if economics isn't your strong point..

I got close to 100% in the first two Econ's. Stahl puts on a great show during class and enjoys the subject, but *the tests do not represent the material.* Questions are overly convoluted. Other professors let their students know what to expect.

ECON 2035 IS THE DEVIL. Don't take this class unless you absolutely have to. Also, don't take Stahl unless you have his old tests. That's the only way I passed. Prepare to hate your life during this class.

stahl made class interesting. he knows what he's talking about and is easy to understand. like any other econ, the course requires a lot of outside work if you want the grade, his test's aren't as bad-REVIEW OLD TESTS! departmental final sucks though

Stahl is the most horrible teacher I have ever had at LSU. He teaches as if everyone who takes his class are supposed to be economics prodigies before they walk in the door. He DOES NOT care about his students at all! STAHL IS A DOUCHE BAG!

Dr. Stahl is not that hard as everybody says..Believe me you'll have to go to class and study after it!! the best way is to read the text at least twice!! I got a F in my first exam and a low C in my second, but I got two 90s cuz I read the book!!

Stahl can be tough but is not as bad as everyone says. Studying old tests is the ONLY way to make a good grade. Going to class can help but can also confuse you. Tough class but don't be scared of Stahl!

He talks soooo fast and spastic like. Plus he thinks everyone in his class is there to earn a PHD in economics one day so he make test questions as hard as possible. And you have to subscribe to the Wall Street Journal!! Like $34.95 or something!!
