If you are required to take this course, do not wait until your last semester to do so. It is not a blow-off course. It is extremely time-consuming. However, upon completing the course, you will be a much better writer. Dr. Liggett truly cares about her students. She offers a ton of help. Just go to class and stay on top of your work and you should do fine.

PROF. LIGGETT is extremely sweet & organized. This class basically PREPARES you for tutoring (you don't actually tutor). There's LOTS of small writing assignments, 2 Big Projects, & One Hard Midterm. Class is laidback and actually easier than u think

This is a pretty laid back class. You will do two major projects during the semester. It was very enjoyable. Dr. Liggett is a very well educated and knowledgeable teacher.

What can I say? Tutoring kids in the writing center will make you feel much better about your own skills (unless you suck at writing). Liggett is very friendly and a fair grader. Do the reading and perfect your grammar!
