Prof. Zerba was very nice and helpful. Grades consisted of 3 essays and in-class quizzes and participation. She allowed re-writes for all 3 papers which was extremely helpful. Zerba was available in office or after class to answer questions. LOTS of reading for class. Many late nights trying to cram all the reading at once. Class seemed like a pain at the time, but looking back I enjoyed it.

This was seminar, but it sometimes felt more like lecture. Basically a review of lecture. The papers suck. But Zerba was very willing to talk with you.

Zerba came around in the end. She picked up our class in the middle of the semester but became a teacher to respect. Would not recommend the class though!!!!! You'll read and write for ages!
