He didn't really explain the material too well, but the course wasn't too bad. The test were pretty much from homework and check points in the book

By far, the worst teacher I have ever had. All he does is read problems out of the book which I am more than capable of doing myself.

There's no doubt in my mind that HE knows the material, he just can't convey what he is trying to teach clearly. He's a nice guy though and willing to meet with you in his office hours.
