Lin was a great professor. Pretty easy material if you are at all familiar with stocks and bonds. He has an accent, but is easy to understand and knows how to communicate to his students. I enjoyed going to this class.

The only class I have ever taken in which I fell asleep in every single one of the classes. You will learn about the stock market and different types of securities. Tests are not bad, he just tests you on basic understanding of the material

Lin is a terrible professor, he is very hard to understand and he rambles. He never will tell you what is on the test so you are just shooting in the dark.

Professor Lin is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone. However he is hard to understand and isn't always completely clear about what he wants you to know for tests. But if you like $$ then take this class
