Egedy was in his office everytime I went to go see him - even outside of office hours. If you go see him and work problems, you will get an A in his class. You just have to ignore his corky personality. This class is tough no matter who you have.

Egedy thinks he knows everything. He goes way too fast and doesn't slow down even if you don't understand. He also alters the grading scale making it harder (lowest A=92, B=84) and his tests are ridiculous. You also have a quiz almost everyday.

Egedy looks like a billy goat and i think he eats grass before he goes to class. Doesnt explain well and has a cockiness about him. Not a fashion expert, but this dude needs to learn how to dress!

Egedy's class is a bit more challenging than the other 2090 classes, but the material is presented logically and clearly. Egedy is also willing to help out with any problems you may have and is extremely prompt with exams.

Egedy is a good teacher really wanting to help out his students alot. Gets really excited about math, and is very helpful, but his lectures can get complicated due to his teaching style.

She does not teach at all. In class she will put a few examples on the board that you copy and that is considered her lecture. There are also take home quizzes everyday. DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF!!!!

Hard class. Egedy drops 1 out of 3 test. Also quiz almost everyday. Dropped like 13 quizes. Final is cummalative.

I had to study a lot for this class, but he made it worth it. He is always willing to help his students and as long as you keep up with the material, you should be just fine. The daily quizzes are a good mean to keep your grade up.

This class was a real challenge, but I highly recommend taking Egedy. He graded promptly, knew everyone by name, and was always ready to help with problems.

Very tough class. I took it 3 times and still didn't get an A. Get ready to study and don't be afraid to drop if you aren't doing well. Mr. Egedy is an awesome teacher. He gives a quiz before each class to make sure you understand what's going on

Egedy is an old fart. His class is boring and I have never hated math more. Dropped the class cause I couldn't take his BS quizes anymore.

If you haven't taken Calculus before you're going to have some serious work ahead of you. A lot of outside time is required.
