He is a terrible teacher! Avoid him at all costs. Econ 4520 isn't that hard, but the way he teaches it makes it difficult to comprehend.

Does not give any help to students for the homeworks, and he grades the homeworks harshly; however, he gives a major curve at the end. A stops at around an 81.
