nice guy, tries to be reasonable, but the tests are usually harder than he realizes (5 questions; will give you partial credit). decent at explaining material but supplement with the textbook as you go. never cancels class nor lets out class early.

Owens was a great math teacher. He speaks english fluently (unlike most math teachers) and writes everything on the blackboard. Beware of the tests, they can get a little tricky.
