BORING class, but it's required. Although it is sometimes difficult to figure out what he wants on projects, all the projects are very easy. Sometimes his grading is a bit sketchy. Tests are fair and lectures are posted online.

The assignments were SOO easy, but it is really hard to understand his lectures and follow along! His tests were HORRIBLE and worded just like his lectures (so impossible to understand basically). Though he curves the midterm a lot, his final is BAD!

The material in 4090 is pretty much common sense. Dr. Wu held some interesting class discussions. You don't need to spend a lot of time studying or reading for this class, just go to class, participate, and go over the notes before the exams.

He's a nice guy, but the tests have nothing at all to do with what he teaches in class. He says not to study the book because his notes cover everything. I don't believe.

Wu isnt as bad as people amke him out to be, go to class, study the book and you will do fine on his exams. Most of the projects are fairly easy
