Don't skip class (easy pop-quizzes). McDowell isn't very friendly or approachable...but I enjoyed the class overall

horrible teaching style! Unclear structure of notes; Pop quizes throughout semester...especialy on rainy days! test Qs were tricky bc she asks things you wouldnt think were even imp. She made this way harder than a gen. ed course should be

She is sort of boring but she gives easy quizzes that help boost your grade.
