She was a good teacher but her test were ridiculous, i would read the chapter and study the notes and still didnt know where some of the questions came from. She was funny but if the class pissed her off she made it hell for that day.

DO NOT TAKE MINOR. She's horrible. You'll have a test on Chapt. 1-3 but shell be on 9 in class. Can get a "C" if you memorize the internet quizzes. Don't go to class, it's a waste of time.

She is absolutely crazy!!! She would punish us by taking away her outlines, and eventually went crazy enough to send immature, angry emails to the class. Her tests were easy though if you practiced her quizzes and the book's online tests.

The teacher has a big attitude and her lectures aren't relevant, but the class is easy to get an A in if you practice the online quizzes and the material is interesting.

Minor is fairly nice towards the beginning of the course and then flips a switch and becomes psychotic. She snaps at anyone who asks a question and treats you like you are completely ignorant. She comes up with new punishments for no reason. Crazy.

I never went to class and still hated Minor. She was mean in her emails she sent to the class. If you have to take her, don't waste your time going to class. can get a B by studying the books website. Most test questions are exactly from the website.

There are fairly easy quizzes once a week, but most of the exams, on the comupter, come from textbook material.

Material is power point is pointless, read the chapters in the book. Dr. Minor takes all her problems out on the class and shuts down students for asking questions.

Minor gets aggravating, but she's ok. Exams are online, weekly quizzes. The weekly quiz questions come from the textbook website. The exam questions come from the quizzes. Make flashcards and you've got yourself an A.

Although Biology is tough in general, this teacher is ridiculous. My advice to all is to make sure you have your clicker the 1st day of class, never forget to take a quiz, and always call her Dr. Minor or she will yell at you.

she can get really annoying and she is immature, but she literally take questions from the companion website and uses them for quizzes and exams. if you study that and clicker quiz q's you should be good.

This professor was ABOMINABLE. She never prepares you for the tests, is almost impossible to work with, is rude and does not encourage you to seek help from her . Aside from clicker questions, time spent in class would be better spent studying.

The class is somewhat interesting and I would say yes to taking it if you need to instead of Chem. Just don't take it with Minor. She isn't a great teacher but she does give class participation and online quizzes. She wastes too much time complaining

HORRIBLE TEACHER. could not stand to go to class anymore due to her attitude and sarcasm. tests were not difficult, many of the same questions from the textbook's website quizzes. Taught myself the material.

Minor has a weird personality. She thinks she is entertaining, but she's not. Clicker quizzes for attendance. Drops 5 of those and 1 of the weekly quizzes on blackboard. 5 computer tests.... study the book's website

At first you think she has the best personality ever... then she starts complaining about everything and takes it out on the class. She would curve the exams for other sections. I would take Pollock.
