he is the type of teacher who will not give you the benefit of the doubt and round up on your final grade because i was one of those cases. i had a 69.55 average and he would not round up so i ended up with a D instead of a C

Very quick wit and intelligent man; gives extra credit; does not put up with laziness or crap from students; the top instructor I have had at LSU

Dr. Slovak seems very angry at the world and often takes it out on his students. This class was very hard even with the extra credit!

I think Dr. Slovak is the best of the Physics teachers. The material is hard, but he gives tons of extra credit chances.
