Really an easy teacher. Told the class we would have open book tests but they ended up being take home even the final. He gives you all the notes and tells you that you don't need to buy the book. Take his night class if you have to take this class

the class is not hard is you need a fairly easy A. attendence is required. take it at night if possible, he doesnt like to stay late and will cancel class sometimes. dr vandeveer is a great teacher and will definitely help you if you go to him.

Vandeveer is extremely nice and is interested in the material he teaches. He gave us take home tests and an open book final. That is why there is very little time required outside of class. I did learn a good deal of information though.
