Good information about real estate. If you want to make an A and have the slightest interest in real estate then this class is for you. Mr. Shuffield is a good guy with a lifetime of real world experience

You will get an A if you are not retarded.....There are only two exams, and I only studied right before each of them to get the A, plus he curves the average to 80...so take him

The Shuff is the shizz. Take him if his section is available. Made a three hour night class very interesting. Material is easy, you'll make an A if you're not stupid.

it wasn't that difficult since its just a memorization type class
