Get your story ideas as soon as she assigns a package or you'll get behind and that'll snowball into a bad grade. The first month is spend talking about how to use to the camera then you are given a package story to do. It's extremely difficult and frustrating when there's no encouragement along the way. I lost tremendous confident in myself after the first project so the second one came out just as lousy. That's another thing there are only 2 assignments. That looks cool, but struggle on one and you are in big trouble.

Cappe was great. She knows what's she's doing. She's a little scattered, but she really wants you to love broadcast and do well in it. It takes up all of your free time, though. Don't take this unless you have to.

this was the biggest pain in the ass EVERY. yvonne didn't teach ANYTHING about how to use the equipment, just talked about herself and kissed the asses of all tiger tv people (especially the boys). took 8-15 hours of outside work for each project
