Flicker is really interesting and makes the material less boring. He only gives you 240 possible points, so you have to do really well on the tests. The tests are straight from the book, but you have to read the chapters thoroughly to get an A.

he goes way off topic and tells stories that don't really have a point, yet he still tests you on the point of these stories...you have to write your own outlines b/c he doesn't go over the text...he is what i'd call a goober
