It was a challenge but I've learned alot from this class. It's a good experience taking the class even though I had hesitated at first whether I wanted to take it or not. Overalll, I don't regret.

PATZEWTISCH. Boring class. Not all that friendly either. Final is cumulative but optional. Not necessary to buy textbook. Used it maybe 2x to read articles that were like 2 paragraphs.

Pazt is a really nice lady, very easy class. but the book was really slanted to left, but she was fair in the class

it's not just the geography of the place.. its basically it's history too... she just made it harder than it needed to be but Patz was hilarious..

Patz is a really good teacher! Geography can be boring at some times but intresting if you like learning about different places. She actually cares about her students so take it!

This class was really hard. Its not a bad class but my teacher wasn't so great. Maybe take a different teacher and it wouldn't be so bad.

The class wasn't that bad and Mr. Grimes is a really cool guy. You HAVE to study and go to the review sessions, if not you don't have a chance of passing.

I had T. Sullivan. He's hard to understand at times since he's from up north. Go to class-his notes are the only thing on the exam, and they aren't from the book. No h/w or bonus points. He may show movies.

Mills is an EASY teacher, show up get the bonus points and read the chapters before the test and get an A. Beware though she is really lazy, expect to watch a ton of videos.

You can tell Duvall is a first year teacher. Her lectures are unimportant and the only way to pass her test is to memorize the 30 page chapters. She is also very hard to follow. You can find an easier teacher.

Alexander was interesting and the material is not hard...but she asks the most nit-picky questions ever. There's already so much to learn in so little time- who cares about the size of a country right down to the square miles???

Seiler made the class into an geography/economic class that was pretty difficult. The tests were much more complicated than they should have been.

Geog 1001 is a freshman, elective class, but Carl Seiler thinks everyone should major in it and know everything in the text book.
