Only take this course if you HAVE to. And make sure you take it with a professor and not a grad assistant.

DO NOT TAKE DEMOVIC. I have never gotten a C at LSU and i got a C in this class. Its pointless to go to class because her tests come from the book.

This teacher was like watching a struggling pitcher who couldn't find the strike zone. Often times, she called in the reliever, which was the TA. If you have an interest in anth. (unlike me) then definitely don't take Rhaghaven.

DAVID PALMER WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TEACHER I'VE EVER HAD. IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE NOTES, AND THE WEEKLY QUIZZES THAT MAKE UP 30% OF YOUR GRADE DON'T EVEN RELATE TO THE MATERIAL GONE OVER IN CLASS. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS STUDENTS. TAKE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

I had Joseph Powell as my professor in fall '03. He was clever at times, nervous, and unused to teaching a non-technical non-major course. He might be a good teacher once he learns how to communicate at a basic level but not at this time.
