This class is a lot of work but in the end, I learned a lot about myself. I would recommend this class but only with a warning: be prepared to work. If you want an easy A, look for another teacher.

This was absolutely the worst class I have taken in my 6 semesters at LSU; the workload is ridiculous and I learned nothing....DO NOT TAKE HER!!!!

the work involved for this class is ridiculous and you have no idea what she wants from you, you just have to cross your fingers and hope she likes your essays. and there are tons of essays. this class will become your life, don't take her!

Many of us did not understand what she wanted on essays. She's hard, but I am a better writer because of that class. Don't take her if you want an easy class. Basically, everyone in class complained about her. (Midterm= 3 essays and Final= 8+ pgs)

It was a fun class and very informative, but the work load was huge and we had to summarize the chapters we read for each class
