Best class I've taken in college. Carlos is an amazing teacher. You must go to class, and even though I had it at 7:30am he made it fun to be there. Must stay on top of the homework but if you do well on those you dont have to take the final.

go to the first class or you WILL get dropped, he is pretty good and kinda funny, class is easy and interesting you will learn alot about real estate and things you will be able to use in real life. great class

You learn absolutely nothing - you just memorize key strokes on the calculator and do TONS of homework. He wants you to do good though, so with a lot of work you can get a good grade.

Plenty of assignments for this class, but theyre not hard. Going to class is a MUST or you will be lost from day 1. Funny guy and will always help you out.

Weekly assignments that sometimes take a long time to complete are a pain but force you to keep up with the class. Everything is with a financial calculator. He helps you out a lot with grades (dropped assignments, bonus points, etc).

Slawson is a good instructor, but the class does require alot of outside work. His grading system sucks too, but you nee to know how to use a fin calculator like the back of your hand.

There is about one assignment due per week, sometimes more, but all the assigments are based on class material along with the tests. You will also learn alot of useful Excel skills and you can be excempt from the final easily.

He is so boring. You have 15 assignments on top of two really hard exams. You also better know how to use a financial calculator like the back of your hand. You can't miss a class or you will be so behind.

Slawson is a funny guy. He enjoys teaching this class and wants everyone to get an A, but his method of getting to your final grade is a little confusing. Just do ALL homework and go to class and you will get an A.
