We literally had a 1500 story due every other week. This is an advanced class, but we never discussed what we did wrong in our papers and barely taught any writing, interviewing, reporting or research skills. We watched movies most of the time.

Martin is a wordly man with a LOT of experience under his belt. His teaching style is very lax but his intent is for his students to learn despite what concentration you are. He's very friendly and goes WAY out of his way to help you out.

Dr. Martin's a very nice guy - but extremey boring. I honestly didn't learn anything in this class and didn't improve my writing at all. There was no point in attending the class except that he gave quizzes.
